General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Seven’s Kitchen

§ 1 Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all services provided by Oberreiter Tourismus GmbH (Restaurant seven’s kitchen) to guests. Deviating agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.

§ 2 Reservations

Reservations are binding once confirmed by seven’s kitchen (by phone, in writing, or online).

Reservations not honored or canceled in time may be charged if they result in financial loss.

§ 3 Cancellations / No-Show

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the reserved appointment are free of charge.

For later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €30 per person, if applicable.

Christmas & New Year’s Eve: In case of no-show or cancellation within 48 hours, we will charge the full menu price.

Christmas €75/person, New Year’s Eve €75/person 4 courses, €120/person 6 courses.

§ 4 Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Vouchers can be purchased at the reception of Hotel loj.

§ 5 Prices and Payment

The prices valid on the day of service provision apply. The prices on the website’s menu are not binding. All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Accepted payment methods: Cash, EC card, Mastercard, and Visa.

§ 6 Use of Premises / House Rules

Guests are obliged to treat the facilities with care. Bringing food and drinks is not permitted. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.

§ 7 Liability

seven’s kitchen is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for coats and valuables, unless they have been explicitly taken into safekeeping.

§ 8 Allergies and Intolerances

Guests are obliged to inform the service staff about food allergies or intolerances before ordering. The restaurant assumes no liability for health consequences if such information has not been provided. We also wish to point out that all food is processed in one kitchen.

§ 9 Pets

Pets are not allowed in seven’s kitchen.

§ 10 Place of Performance and Jurisdiction

Place of performance is 5542 Flachau, Austria. Place of jurisdiction is 5600 St. Johann im Pongau. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules.

§ 11 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. By making a reservation or purchasing vouchers, the guest accepts the GTC of seven’s kitchen restaurant.
