Welcome to seven’s kitchen, the culinary living room of Hotel loj in Flachau and the favorite place of host and chef Joseph “Seven” Oberreiter. Our doors are open to all who love and live good food and conviviality as much as we do. Hotel guests, locals, curious foodies, and people who want to experience again how truly good food tastes.
Seven cooks as he lives: intuitively, open-minded, and with respect for nature and its products. When watercress thrives in the garden or when Dad stands at the door with a basket of fresh porcini mushrooms, it ends up in his pots and often on the menu the very same day. Speaking of the menu, it is deliberately kept small and changes with the rhythm of nature.
