Taste the story

Seven cooks as he lives: intuitively, open-minded, and with respect for nature and its products. When watercress thrives in the garden or when Dad stands at the door with a basket of fresh porcini mushrooms, it ends up in his pots and often on the menu the very same day. Speaking of the menu, it is deliberately kept small and changes with the rhythm of nature.
